SMART TEACHERS EMERGING LEADER PROGRAMME - Iceland

Erasmus+ offers teachers a wide catalog of training courses. In my particular case, I was interested in a group that, in addition to training, integrated the option of sharing teaching experiences with directors of centers from other European countries.
This course, in addition to these particularities, offered the opportunity to delve into the Icelandic teaching system.
The course was promoted as interactive and included a lot of discussion to help us, along with our fellow participants, develop an understanding of effective leadership and its challenges. It ensured practical ideas and frameworks that you can take home and put into practice right away.
Course activities include:
- Working together and using frameworks to build and support effective teamwork.
- Exploring ideas on how to run successful meetings.
- Increasing awareness of where or how things may go wrong.
