    Session 7 Bringing all the threads together Everything comes down to building the right culture where people, including you, can thrive. There was a time to reflect (individually or as a team) and think about what is next in their leadership path. Session 8 Evaluation and vision planning  In this last session, all the teams met in the conference room and did a survey and final evaluations.
